3. Subscription and Payment

LOLA offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

LOLA and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by LOLA AI, its licensors, and content providers and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

LOLA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that LOLA will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOLA AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of your use of LOLA.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account and access to LOLA if you violate these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use LOLA ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
